At Gogo Wholesale, we strive to provide the highest quality grocery products. However, if you’re not satisfied with your purchase, please review our return and refund guidelines below.
1. Perishable Items (Fresh, Frozen, & Dairy) – No Returns
- Due to food safety regulations, we cannot accept returns on perishable items such as:
- Fresh produce
- Frozen foods
- Dairy products
- Meat & seafood
- If you receive a damaged or spoiled item, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery with photos, and we will issue a replacement or refund as applicable.
2. Non-Perishable Items – Returns Within 7 Days
- Unopened, non-expired pantry staples, snacks, canned goods, condiments, and beverages may be returned within 7 days of purchase.
- Items must be in original packaging, unused, and in resalable condition.
- Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to an error on our part.
3. Damaged or Incorrect Items – Full Refund or Replacement
- If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order.
- We will offer a replacement or full refund, including any shipping costs.
- Proof of damage (e.g., photos of packaging & product) is required for processing the claim.
4. Restricted & Final Sale Items
- The following items cannot be returned due to hygiene and safety reasons:
- Opened food products
- Bulk items
- Clearance or final sale items
- Health & beauty products (e.g., vitamins, supplements, personal care)
5. Refund Processing
- Approved refunds will be processed within 5-7 business days to the original payment method.
- Refund times may vary based on your bank or payment provider.
